James Maldaner - Calgary, Alberta
A director since December 2004, James is a chartered accountant and a partner with DNTW, Chartered Accountants, LLP.

Dennis Schmidt - Calgary, Alberta
Dennis is a chartered accountant and presently the President of Balisardo Enterprises Ltd. Dennis is an independent consultant and has worked with a number of companies in the position of CFO and controller and has served as a director of a number of public companies.

Doug Baird - Calgary, Alberta
Doug has been a director since the Corporation's inception in April 2001. Doug is a chartered accountant gaining experience in a variety of industries following his term with Price Waterhouse in Calgary. He served as an independent consultant for several years providing services related to international and domestic operations. Doug also served as CFO for Foremost Industries of Calgary, a TSX listed public company.

Frank Bailey - Calgary, Alberta
Frank became a director in August 2003. Frank has a legal background and has held several key positions with the Trimac Group of Companies. From 1993 to 2002 he held various positions with Bovar Inc. including President and CEO and Chairman. Frank is currently Chairman of the Board of Appulse and serves as a Director of other public and private companies.

Laurie Gauthier -Calgary, Alberta
A director since April 2001, Laurie is an entrepreneur with a strong business background in the pharmaceutical industry. He is currently President of Spectolites Inc., a company that sells and markets reading glasses.

Robert Richards - Calgary, Alberta
A director since August 2003, Bob is the founding shareholder of Centrifuges Unlimited Inc. and is the President of that company. Prior to establishing Centrifuges, he worked extensively in the oil industry through oilfield service companies which he controlled.
