Dennis Schmidt – Calgary, Alberta
Dennis is a chartered accountant and presently the President of Balisardo Enterprises Ltd. Dennis is an independent consultant and has worked with a number of companies in the position of CFO and controller and has served as a director of a number of public companies.
Doug Baird – Calgary, Alberta
Doug has been a director since the Corporation’s inception in April 2001. Doug is a chartered accountant gaining experience in a variety of industries following his term with Price Waterhouse in Calgary. He served as an independent consultant for several years providing services related to international and domestic operations. Doug also served as CFO for Foremost Industries of Calgary, a TSX listed public company.

A director since August 2003, Bob is the founding shareholder of Centrifuges Unlimited Inc. and served as the President of that company util its sale in 2023. Prior to establishing Centrifuges, he worked extensively in the oil industry through oilfield service companies which he controlled.
